Crowdfunding Campaign Started for Tracking System

Boca Raton, FL 18th August, – Indagem Tech is proud to announce the beginning of a Crowdfunding campaign to raise $250,000 for their Universal Monitoring Systems (UMS). The UMS is a Cloud-based Big Data analytical system that uses various IOT sensors to collect real-time data and provide asset monitoring, tracking, and logistics management via a mobile application.

“The idea for the UMS came when I purchased another tracking device that ended up being useless. If my phone were not near the device tracker, it only would not work. This ultimately defeated the purpose of having it to begin with. This was when I presented the problem to my engineering colleagues and friends, and we created the concept for an innovative device that will reshape the entire tracking industry via a Big Data, Cloud based system. Finally, consumers have a choice, a dependable, bold choice,” says Jon Deng, Co-Creator of UMS.

Whether a person is travelling on vacation and desiring to check to ensure their television has not been stolen at home or to make sure a pet can be tracked if they venture too far from their house, it is a versatile, weather resistant product meant for every situation. The sensors are coin-sized, and the gateway is small and portable.

“From my research, there seems to be nothing comparable or available in the marketplace that can offer consumers, businesses and government agencies the type of real-time asset management protection and data insights that can be leveraged using Indagem Tech’s proprietary Bluetooth technology,” says C. Peter Cimoroni, Chairman and CEO of Razor Ltd.

Indagem Tech is a trusted source to bring the UMS because of their numerous years of experience in hardware and software and a strong background in developing complex cloud computing platforms with big data analytic models. They have built on their experience to create a product that is not bound by distance, by a user, or by specific items. The UMS can be used on any item, at any place, and by multiple people.

Deng says, “As a family man, protecting the people I love most, and our possessions are something that is constantly on my mind. It bothered me that there was not a system I could place my faith in to provide the needed security and tracking for peace of mind. This product is something I now use with my family and put my full trust in, and I am not just saying this because I am a co-creator of it!”

While the system has already been tested and is ready for the market, the $250,000 is necessary to enhance this cloud platform with app improvements, production tooling for additional accessories and colours, server refinement, firmware improvement, social media alert system feature refinement, and to obtain international certifications.

The response has also been extremely positive so far. “I believe HomeShield could be a valuable asset to our law enforcement profession and would encourage other organisations to consider it for real-time asset monitoring,” says Franklin C. Adderley, Chief of Police in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. “HomeShield could enhance our police department’s ability to monitor valuable assets in our Evidence Division and document the chain of evidence in thousands of investigations presented to the Broward State Attorney’s Office annually for prosecution.”

For early investors in the UMS, they will receive up to 40% discount off the regular price, a custom colour that will not be available to the general public, and package options for small businesses. To contribute to the campaign, visit You can also view more about the UMS at
