Arte dei Suonatori hopes to record Haendel’s Concerti grossi op.3 later summer 2016
POZNAN, Poland – February 18, 2016 – For the last 20 years, Arte dei Suonatori has captured the hearts of many people through their recognizable and captivating musical pieces. The Central Europe baroque orchestra hopes to record Haendel’s Concerti grossi op.3, a collection of pieces published by Walsh’s Publishing House in London in 1734. The compilation is considered one of the most memorable music pieces of all time. Arte dei Suonatori will record in the Penderecki Culture Center in Luslawice. The newest album will be led by the talented conductor – Martin Gester.
However, financing recording sessions are costly. Arte dei Suonatori has turned to their fans and orchestra enthusiasts to fund the recording and release of Haendel’s Concerti grossi op.3. They launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise kr158,000 SEK by March 13, 2016.
